There are four types of PE separator:
1) Automotive separator: Rids on both side of PE separator would minimize the separator cracks caused by the oxidation, thus, extend battery’s life. Adapt to SLI batteries and maintenance-free automotive batteries.
2) Motorcycle separator: Rids on both side of PE separator would minimize the separator cracks caused by the oxidation, thus, extend battery’s life. Adapt to motorcycle batteries.
3) Industrial separator: The miniribs design makes the positive plate maintain more electrolytes, while negative plate keeps definite exhaustion, which can improve battery’s performance. Adapt to traction batteries and stationary batteries.
4) PE separator with glass mat: PE+GM would enhance the separator’s oxidation resistance by separate the separator with the plate. The flat glass mat also will prevent the plate active material from shedding, and extend battery’s life. Adapt to high vibration and deep discharge batteries, such as batteries for engineering machinery, taxi and tractor.
